Eight fields every serious RFQ should include.
- Market
- Country, language, sales channel, importer role, and claim restrictions.
- Product
- Menstrual cups, discs, pads, liners, intimate care, pouches, wipes, cleaning kits, or mixed programs.
- Specification
- Size, capacity, material, hardness, formula direction, color, accessory mix, or retail count.
- Volume
- Sample quantity, trial order, forecast order, and reorder cycle.
- Packaging
- Storage pouch, retail box, wrapper, leaflet, barcode, carton, label, and language needs.
- Documents
- Specification sheet, certificate scans, test summaries, QC release, sterilization-related files, and carton data.
- Timeline
- Sample deadline, artwork approval date, production target, and launch window.
- Shipping
- Incoterms, destination, carton marks, packing list needs, and freight preference.
Compliance boundary for buyers
YUJI can prepare available records for review, but final market approval, registration, label wording, importer obligations, and product claims must be verified by the buyer for the target country. This boundary should be stated early to avoid unsafe marketing claims.
